OK, so this weekend I replaced both front and roof speakers. Because (I though) I read on internet that front speakers were 13 cm / 5.25 " and rear (roof) 16 cm / 6.5 ", I bought 2 sets accordingly. However, when I opened up the roof speaker covers (the woofer grills are a PAIN to pull loose B) ), it appeared to be 13 cm as well Anyway, used the new 13 cm set (5.25 ") for the roof ... Old & new; Roof before; I used new woofers as well as tweeters, including a crossover filter. So that's why I didn't connect the original wire for the roof-tweeter anymore. Also, I did not re-use the rubber ring around the tweeters. BTW: the bolts are size 8 mm -_- Roof after; Because I used the 13 cm set for the roof, I had to make the openings @ the front of the car bigger, to fit the 16 cm set. I only used the woofers, I left the tweeters in the door as they were ^_^ Also, I had to cut away the plastic ring insde the kick panel covers, but you don't see this from the outside I used this guideline for help: http://www.mz3.net/articles/065.html I cut out the holes and put in the bigger stuff (total mouting dept is 75 mm, so I could have bought even fatter ones) Advantage is that the front now sounds WAY better, I even have bass :D
