wie weet of je de snelheidsafhankelijke volume aanpassing van de z4 stereo uit kunt zetten?

ik heb t boekje doorgelezen maar meer dan aangeven dat de stereo luider gaat spelen bij meer interieurgeluid kan ik niet terug vinden.

ik zou graag van deze automatische regeling afkomen.

'k weet het natuurlijk niet van de Z4 (want daar lees ik geen boekjes van :rolleyes: ), maar in mijn Z3 roadster is het een optie van de radio zelf. Heb je wel in het boekje van de radio gekeken... ;)

En anders kun je natuurlijk gewoon het draadje doorknippen

Staat inderdaad in het boekje van de radio. Op mijn radio moet je de toets met een muzieknoot erop - dat is de toets waarmee je bass, trebble e.d. instelt - vijf seconden ingedrukt houden. Dan kom je in een menu met o.a. de snelheidsafhankelijke volumeregeling. Die loopt op van 0 (uit) naar 6 (maxmaal aangepast). Die zet je dus op 0 met de min-toets en vervolgens nog enkele keren de muzieknoottoest om weer uit het menu te komen.

Maar... het zou heel goed kunnen dat het op andere radio's weer anders werkt. Ik begreep bijv dat bij het pro-pakket de versterker dit regelt, en dus niet de radio.

ik heb natuurlijk t boekje van de radio ook door gelezen.

Nope: Individual moet het over de ZZZZ hebben, Pvr ook zou ik denken. Maar wat voor radio heb je precies, dat maakt het antwoord vast makkelijker:

1) met navigatiescherm / zonder

2) business / wat je dan ook nog meer hebt ...

Ja, als volgt:

Turn the radio off then on again. Don't touch any button except the 'm' button - the button you use to tune the radio frequency manually.

Press and hold the 'm' button for TEN seconds or until the display changes. IIRC, it shows the serial number of the unit.

Normally when you press 'm', the display will reflect that by replacing 'ST' (stereo tuning) with 'm'.

When holding the 'm' button for this procedure, the display should not do this - you will continue to see 'ST' for the ten seconds.

Now if the display has changed, you are in a configure mode on the radio.

If you press the '+' or '-' button you change modes.

The mode you want will display as "GAL (1-6)".

This mode allows you to adjust the speed-sensitive volume control.

Use the radio preset buttons 1-6 to set the amount of volume change you want at speed.

Setting 1 is the Smallest change, 6 is the Largest – highest amount of change.

Stock setting from factory is "3"

hmm foutje gemaakt :newblush: ik heb natruurlijk een prof navi erin

dat werkt vast anders

is daar ook een manier voor?

ik kan wel in een servicemenu komen maar daar kan ik die instelling niet zo snel vinden.

Ik denk helaas opnieuw wat menu's doorwerken. Ik heb een navi business; daar zit ie onder de geluidsinstellingen in de categorie, bass, treble, fader, etc. Ook niet direct waar je hem zou verwachten dus...

E85 (Z4) with Navigation system

CID radio

1. Turn the radio on.

2. Press the "SEL" button immediately and hold for at least 8 seconds.

3. Scroll through functions using the "+" and "-" keys or the station search buttons "< >".

4. Switch off the radio to exit the service mode. E65 (7 series) with Navigation system

MOST bus radio

1. The iDrive controller is used to access the service mode.

2. RDS on/off is accessed via this menu.

3. From the main menu display, press the controller down for minimum 6 seconds.

4. Turn the controller 3 increments clockwise (to the right).

5. Turn the controller 3 increments counter-clockwise (to the left).

6. Turn controller 1 increment clockwise (right).

7. Turn controller 1 increment counter-clockwise (left).

8. Turn controller 1 increment clockwise (right).

9. Push down on the controller.

10. To exit the service mode, select the return arrow at the bottom on the left of the screen.

SERVICE MODE FUNCTIONS

NOTE :Functions vary between models.

Serial Number: Displays the radio serial number.

Software Version: Displays the radio software version (Calendar week/Year/Version). GAL: Speed sensitive volume control.

The speed sensitive volume control can be adjusted from level 1-6 using the 6 preset audio buttons. Radio volume increases more at level 6 and less at level 1 (road speed dependent).

Vehicles equipped with DSP do not use this feature.

Field Strength & Quality (F/Q): The station currently displayed can be assessed for field strength and quality.

An "F" number (i.e. 1-15) is used to indicate the strength of the signal being received by the radio. A high "F" number indicates a strong signal.

A "Q" number (i.e. 1-15) is used to determine the quality of the radio station broadcast including both the audio and RDS signal if applicable.

DSP: Digital Sound Processor

This function provides information about whether or not the vehicle is fitted with DSP. (1=Yes, 0=NO)

TP Volume: Traffic Patrol

Provides adjustment for traffic report minimum value. On some vehicles this setting can affect the NAV volume.

Refer to Service Bulletin B84 02 03.

AF: Alternative frequency tracking setting. Not used in US.

Area: Used to select the appropriate market setting (USA, Canada, Europe, Japan or Oceania).

Index: Displays the revision index.
